A JOURNEY TO BUILD ON
Seoul + Gyeongju · 7 days
An editorial planning idea, not a tested driving route. Choose transport that suits the journey, allow transfer time, and confirm schedules and access before booking.
- STAGE 01
Seoul palaces · 2 days
Split Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung across days, with time for nearby streets.
- STAGE 02
Seoul neighbourhoods · 2 days
Pair Bukchon with unhurried walks, then give Namsan its own outing.
- STAGE 03
Gyeongju · 3 days
Allow a transfer day and visit Bulguksa; compare train and onward local transport options.
The map button highlights sample places only. It does not draw or calculate a route. Day counts are suggested pacing, with transport, tickets and accommodation arranged separately.
BEFORE YOU GO
Arrival made clearer.
Official services, the right order, and a little preparation. Requirements depend on your passport, residence, route and purpose of travel.
Official sources checked 9 September 2026 · Recheck before departure. Complete personal information only on the official service.
Korea e-Arrival Card
Check the official eligibility guide first. A valid K-ETA can exempt a traveller, but entering on a visa can change that. Eligible travellers submit within three days including arrival, using Korean time. The service is free.
How to prepare · 4 steps
- Read the eligibility guide and check whether your entry status requires a declaration.
- Prepare your passport and email, arrival date and flight or vessel, and address in Korea.
- Choose the individual declaration and follow the passport, traveller and journey fields on the official portal.
- Review and submit. Keep the confirmation and issuance number so you can retrieve or update the declaration.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
A few useful answers.
What can I try for free?
Explore 10 South Korea places, open place cards and Google Maps links, switch place-card language, and keep favourites in this browser. Map-file downloads are not included in the free preview.
Can I buy the full collection today?
Not yet. “Buy now” currently opens a clearly marked test checkout. No money or payment details are collected, and no order is created.
Will the maps work offline or give directions?
The planned KML/KMZ files contain place information; they do not include offline background maps or turn-by-turn navigation. Supported apps and import instructions will be confirmed for the paid release.
How should I use the location information?
Each free card shows its review status. These new map records still need place-specific source checks. Check current access, weather and opening conditions before travelling. A place pin is not always a verified parking or visitor entrance.
